THE MEMBERSHIP
Membership in the Booster Club shall consist of parents and legal guardians, alumni, coaches, and friends of all KIONA-BENTON BEARS students and other sports enthusiasts interested in promoting student athletics. There will be yearly membership dues of $10/individual. Dues shall be payable upon application for membership. Dues may be increased or decreased by the Executive Board at a regularly held meeting. Only eligible members shall hold office, vote in elections for officers or in any matter requiring the consent of the membership. In addition, only members shall be allowed to submit resolutions or proposals for action by the membership, or the Executive Board. Any personal information gathered or requested by the Booster Club is for the sole use of the Booster Club and will not be made available to any other organization.
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee shall maintain a complete and current list of all annual and lifetime members, collect dues, and produce the team fund report following each sport’s season. The report will be shared with the Club’s General Membership and the Club Treasurer who will distribute the funds according to the teams’ encumbered funds. Further, the Membership Committee shall conduct ongoing efforts to recruit new members.
The CAVE Spirit Shop Committee
The CAVE Spirit Shop Committee shall coordinate the promotion of School Spirit through the sale and availability of apparel and memorabilia bearing the Ki-Be Logo. They will work with the Rally/School Spirit Committee in coordinating items available for any events and/or themes that Rally the community and student body in support of our athletic programs.
Rally/School Spirit Committee
Rally/ School Spirit Committee will manage any and all "Game Night" support. Whether that is rallying support for an out of town game or signage the town for a home game. OR creating the PACK squad of individuals who know how to ROAR! Signage, Flags, Fliers, etc are at your control if you participate on this committee. These are the creative crazy souls within our community!

Sports Awards Ceremony Committee
Sports Awards Ceremony Committee are members that assists the Athletic Director in creating an evening representing all sports of that season. This will give recognition to the shining stars in each of our programs as well as giving representation and support to each other in our School Athletic accomplishments.
Scholarship Committee
Once the Booster become established The Executive Board shall be responsible for establishing the selection criteria for the one or two scholarships awarded as deemed financially prudent by the Booster Club. Student athletes shall be advised of the selection criteria and the date by which all application material shall be submitted. All student athletes who regularly attend KIONA-BENTON High School, that are in their senior year and on track for graduation are eligible to apply for scholarship consideration.
